Tomato, Black Krim Heirloom

Black Krim Tomatoes, also known as Black Crimson or Black Crim, originally from the Isle of Krim on the Black Sea in the former Soviet Union. This rare, and outstanding tomato variety yields 3-4" slightly flattened, dark-red beefsteak tomatoes with deep green shoulders. A sort of green gel surrounds the seeds. These fantastic, intense, and slightly salty tasting tomatoes are great for those not wanting to add salt to their tomatoes. Black Krims are suitable for either containers or garden and are a perfect choice for salads or cooking.
