Cucumber, Armenian Yard-Long Heirloom

A light green cucumber, this heirloom variety is excellent in salads and gourmet dishes. With its mild flavor and extra crispness, the Armenian Cucumber is sure to become a summertime favorite for your entire family. For best results, harvest when cucumbers are about a foot long. Can easily grow to three feet. Excellent addition to any home garden.

Create four 1/2-inch-deep holes equidistant around the top of a hill. Sow two Armenian cucumber seeds in each hole, bury them and firm the soil. Water the seeds to a depth of 7 inches every 10 days. 70 days to maturity and best eaten when 24" long and less than 2 ½" across.
